What To Expect
Your Initial Evaluation will include a one-on-one with your Physical Therapist/Titleist Performance Institute Golf Instructor. During this first appointment, you will go over goal setting, a base TPI physical screening and a K-Vest efficiency assessment. Your instructor will then create a program catered to your needs, discuss a game plan with you and get you started right away!
Each Follow-up Appointment will include a dynamic warm up, a K-Vest biofeedback analysis with your TPI Instructor, and a session of golf-specific corrective exercises with an exercise technician.

Our Goal
Our Golf Performance Program is designed to improve the golfer’s body to ultimately improve their golf swing. Most recreational golfers have some type of physical limitation that causes them to experience mechanical breakdowns. Whether it is a lack of flexibility, insufficient strength, or physical pain, these impairments can limit a player’s ability to swing with optimal efficiency.
