Dr. Chris Manzano

Dr. Manzano specializes in helping tactical athletes, military personnel, first responders, veterans, collegiate athletes, runners, barbell and hybrid athletes, active adults, and post-operative patients return to high levels of function and performance. His clinical focus includes treating low back, hip, and neck conditions with an emphasis on return-to-sport progression, pain science education, and evidence-based strength training. While highly skilled in manual therapy techniques including dry needling, Graston/IASTM, cupping, and active release therapy, his philosophy centers around an exercise-forward approach — combining hands-on treatment with personalized movement and performance strategies to reduce pain, restore independence, and help you move and perform at your highest level.
